    Instructions are clear and sent the day before our check in. Complimentary snacks and coffee were delivered on our doorstep daily. The room is very modern, loved using the bath tub. The room with the city view also has a balcony and you can still see the pier and a bit of the lake from there. Place is very clean and I will definitely book this again once we go back to sun moon lake. Located at ita thao, took us only 5mins to walk from and to the nearest bus stop. The ropeway station also only takes few mins walk.

    Our room was clean and modern. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The location was convenient, quiet but close to the night market, plaza and wharf. Wish we could have stayed one more night!

    At first I was impressed with the modern interior & balcony view of lake. But after 2 nights, I discovered what seems to be a lot of bed bug bites - extremely itchy & bothersome for my ongoing travels. I may have caught one on the bed without recognizing. If they deal with the bugs and extreme humidity in the rooms - luckily there's a dehumidifier - then the place would be a great deal. Free mini bar, & cleaning every 3 days i believe. Location is pretty good, the shop downstairs is friendly & so feels safe. Make sure to wear insect repellent outdoors!
