    You might consider booking hotel nearby Shuishe. DON'T. Consider Ita Thao instead. This hotel is the best in the location: directly in front of the pier, and within walking distance of the Ropeway Station. The only downside of Ita Thao location is that the bus from other town doesn't stop here. The Crystal hotel itself provide very good service. The staff are friendly, the wifi is good. We booked the Lake Room, and it was marvelous; every thing looked luxurious. The room is huge with great view, both living space and bed space has their own TV, and the bathroom has jacuzzi. On top of all that, the hotel gave us additional free breakfast for our kid (I paid only for 2 adults), probably because we booked their top room, idk. Will book Crystal hotel again the next time we go to Sun Moon Lake.

    Make sure it is B building . Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) has no doors . Just room partition curtain to seperate. The shower room has door

    The first check in already completed and the first we in at our master room the light tottaly die and need to wait until they fix’s it actually inside the room so we can see everything what’s going on and that really worse the breakfast tottaly hell.
