    I stayed here for one night during a long layover at Istanbul Airport. The hotel is about 17 km from the airport, easily accessible by Metro, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The lobby and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a non-smoking room. Everything in the room worked well, although the A/C temperature was fixed at 20°C. The staff were friendly and helpful. Despite what some booking sites state, the hotel does not have its own airport shuttle, but they can arrange a taxi for an additional fee. Overall, it was a good value for a short overnight stay close to the airport. I would stay here again if traveling alone, but would choose a different hotel for a longer stay or when traveling with young children because of the smoking in the common areas.

    Homey Hotel had close by resturants which was helpful after coming here from the international airport in Istanbul.

    We asked for a double bed which we didn't get and the room stank of smoke.
