I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast is also worth getting. Many thanks!

Very nice suite (403), and the buffet breakfasts were great. Parking was easy, with just a tight turn in from the street. Quiet at night, and 10-15min walk from the centre. The TV was a good size, and worked with our laptop over HDMI.
BUT.. the WiFi was stone-age. Fast, yes, but it was insure, blocking all encrypted connections to websites, business VPNs, and even SSH. Unacceptable, and the reason for fewer than 5-stars.
