It’s a charming, family-run 3-star hotel. Its biggest strength is the location as it’s right in central Biarritz, with the beach, Les Halles, shops and restaurants easily walkable. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and owners were very friendly.
The main drawback is that some of the décor feels a little dated and the facilities are relatively simple.

We had a delightful ground floor room complete with small patio and a wonderful fish pond, which was very restful. The hotel was very central, within a short stroll to shops, restaurants and beaches. It was lovely to be able to take breakfast on the shady terrace.
We weren't expecting it, however a fresh fruit salad for breakfast would have made this the perfect hotel.

The hotel is centrally located and it was clean.
The bedroom window was next to a busy junction with lots of traffic at all hours. The room didn't have air conditioning and didn't smell great, so it was necessary to have the window open, but the traffic was so loud it was very difficult to sleep.
