Parking can be a bit tricky. A map of where to park would be most helpful. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Extremely clean which was nice. And some nice extras like robes.

We had a wonderful stay at Dwell Hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown to easily access restaurants and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night.
Communication from the staff was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Dwell Hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kingston.

Beautiful apartment, kitchen was supplied with everything, well situated, parking was easy. My only issue was communications. I wanted to use a debit card and was told to call a number to set up. I did, and a month later, after the cancellation deadline I was told they couldn’t process debit cards.
For management the upstairs bathroom sink and toilet were not optimally working. Sink was slow draining and toilet water in tank was running and had to be adjusted several times in order to get a good flush.
