We loved our room , very spacious and comfortable.
Checking in was easy and staff extremely friendly and helpful . The property has so much character, the gardens were lovely . Excellent location to the centre of Kingston .

Food was good. Continental style with fresh tasty options. Coffee and tea on tap.
Great easy central location.
The room was small. It was also noisy with plumbing noise from other rooms, guests creaking around in the room above and being placed next to the exterior door meant lots of door banging.
