Luca was wonderful and very helpful. He arranged our airport transfer and called a taxi for us at checkout, helping with our luggage as well. The antique elevator was beautiful but tricky. Lots of stairs to walk when it was not functioning. But loved the location and the area.

You need to be on the lookout for information from the owner on how to get into the B&B. Without it you will trouble. Other than the very old elevator, place was fine

The room was clean but too small.
The most annoying thing was the 2 twin bed put together, it kept moving the which leads to a big hole in between our bed.
There was also a hammering noise above us very early in the morning.
Aside from that everything else was ok. There is coffee refill everyday, our room is also clean daily.
Owner communicate well and promptly.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from Vatican and the river, but quiet enough to be away from the busy areas. A good sized family room for a city, very clean and with everything we needed. Luca provided excellent detailed instructions on how to find the place and check in, as well as providing fresh croissants every morning!
