    A fantastic stay at a wonderful hotel with a lot of charm, character and history, the Kingsley room is a real delight. The staff are brilliant, the food is wonderful, I cannot recommend enough. Will definitely stay again.

    Hotel location is excellent and so is parking. The reception area has a terrible smell of cooking fumes., but the room had excellent view across the river, but the windows were single glazed sash windows so had no soundproofing from the main road. Up until 1 in the morning the road was very busy which made it difficult to sleep. The pillows were so hard I woke in the morning with a bad neck and headache! Finally the bathroom had a Macerator toilet which was very noisy and the shower we had great difficulty in turning off without scalding ourselves.
