Very clean hotel room is nice. The staff is so friendly very convenience a lot of restaurant close by MRT.

Older but well kept. Arrived early morning from Seattle thinking we could run around the city till checkin. Did nt have dedicated room to hold luggage so we paid for extra night as we not as young as we used to be. We were lucky to get a free upgrade and room. Better choice would be to get it ahead of time. Popular location and kind staff. Good breakfast buffet. Should have spent more time in Taipei. Malls near Taipei 101 blew our minds.

Staff was incredibly nice, when our AC broke at 1am they immediately came to check and then moved us to another room quickly. It was great service on top of an already great hotel experience.
