If it’s just for sleeping then good option. Near by to all the good food and bus stop to go singapore and aeon mall

We have booked a non-refundable room with Fortune Hotel in one month advance. However, due to a valid reason, we need to postpone the date. We are very lucky Ms. Atira very fast respond and action to assist us for this matter. We managed to change the date for the non-refundable room. Thank you so much Ms. Atira and Fortune Hotel's management. Definitely, we will come back to this hotel if we want to stay in Bukit Indah again.

Repeated stay. Booked a king's room with window stay this time round but quite disappointed because the window is actually quite small (only 1 small glass panel). Not much of a difference as compared to the queen's room without window on my last visit. Also quite noisy - noise from the opposite building the whole day till late at night. Room aircon not cold. Even the hotel lobby is very much cooler than the room itself. WIFI signal is weak so unable to connect. Is just as good as no WIFI facility. Only 2 Singapore TV channels to watch 1 Tamil and 1 Mandarin. No other local channels available. Anyway a unpleasant stay for me this time. Probably will not come back again to this hotel.Will only make day trip to Bukit Indah for shopping during my JB trip.

Room ok. Wifi is weak and unstable. Water heater work minimal. Clean bedsheet but permanent stains is visible. I got worken up in the morning with the attendent talking loudly on the phone in the next room. You get wad u paid for. Its alright
