    You need to climb one level up to lobby, then another level up to the room, and then another level up to the bedroom, total 3 levels. This is a major problem when you have luggage. Additionally, the hotel is located in city center so you can't park your car in front to unload luggage. You have to park your car in the parking garage, then haul your luggage to the hotel. So be aware!

    We made a trip to several cities and this was by far the best hotel we had: nice room, clean bathroom, excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. It is location in the old city centre with almost everything in walking distance, and trams stopping around the corner. Staff is very friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

    The bathrooms had a very strong unpleasant smell, and the lobby sofa, along with the reception desk, was converted into a makeshift breakfast area. The hotel occupies a very small space on the first and second floors, with no elevator and no assistance for luggage despite numerous stairs. The man at the reception was quite rude(must be the owner). The rooms were small and furnished very basically. Although the hotel is slightly cheaper compared to others in the area.
