There are many good things about this hotel. 1. The location. Is is at the heart of Kyoto in the Kyoto Kawaramachi area, very near to Gion Shijo area where Gion District is located. 2. Near to bus stop and train station 3. The staffa are very helpful , polite, and friendly. There are two front desk staff who impressed me alot, one is Jojo from Myanmar and the other one I forgot his name, he is tall and from Nepal. And the female staff from vietnam also very polite and helpful. 4. The room is clean and bathroom is superb. Extremely clean and spotless, bright, and separated between closet, wastafel, and shower room 5. Room is spacious enough for japan std and particularly at this room rate. Nothing to complaint at all. 6. They provide free water, tea, coffee, ice cube, razor, hand towel, hair band, and what I love the most is the bath tube aromatic salt. All those are free unlimited all the day long. 7. They also provide lounge, smoking room, and toilet at the basement of the hotel. 8. Mattress is soft and comfortable

    给我们安排了一间电梯旁边的房间，这方面不太满意。 房间挺干净的，浴缸也蛮大的。 离地铁站比较近，但下次我觉得住三条附近比较好逛。

Extremly uncomfortable pillow, even for Japan tiny rooms, ugly basement with water damage and mold (washing machines and coffee machine is located there )
