    We had a very good stay at KIORI Hotel Teramachi. The hotel felt new, modern and exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Kyoto.

    For a solo traveler with a small luggage my room was perfect. It felt a little like living in a small room on a cruise ship. I could imagine being 2 people would be very tight. But I loved that it was simple and clean hotel. Nice with complementary croisants in morning and instant noodles in night. Short walk to city center and nice restaurants in the area
