I left early so I didn't try the breakfast. Everything else was excellent and i will be back again.

The outlook of the building does not really indicate is as a hotel. Lifts can be a little slow.
However, the rooms are clean.
The restaurant on the roof top offers a great view of Almaty city with the mountains around the city.

The breakfast is good. The roof top view is amazing. The room is really nice. The elevator is terrible.

No respect or favor to VIP member. They gave me a room without aircondion and asked me to use a fan. They said that hotel is fully booked, and no room to cgange. I fought almost two hours to change the room. Temperature over here was more than 90. Very unkind staff.
