    If you are visiting Almaty, booking the Kolsay Lake, Lake Kaindy, and Charyn Canyon day trip is an absolute must, and our guide made the experience truly exceptional. From start to finish, the tour was perfectly organized and smooth. Covering all three of these iconic spots in a single day can be a long journey, but our guide kept the day engaging, comfortable, and stress-free. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing rich context about local culture, history, and geography while keeping the energy upbeat and fun. They were attentive to everyone's pace, gave great recommendations, and ensured we had plenty of time to take in the breathtaking views, snap photos, and enjoy each location without feeling rushed. Kolsay Lake’s mirror-like waters, the submerged trees of Kaindy, and the dramatic landscapes of Charyn Canyon are stunning on their own, but having top-tier guidance made it a highlight of our trip to Kazakhstan. Could not recommend this tour and guide highly enough—10/10 experience!

    We had a great 6 days stay here. Staffs are very accomodating. I personally commend Ms. Dina at the reception, she was very helpful and knows how to connect with guests. We were scammed by the taxi driver amd she felt sad about what happened. She gave us a cake to apologies for what happened to us even of she does not have too. She managed to turn our dissappointment to feel happy again as a tourist. Thanks Ms Dina❤️

    This was my second time staying at AQMinisuites in Almaty, and they continue to exceed expectations. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, the room was spotlessly clean, and the layout was comfortable and modern with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location is ideal—conveniently situated making it easy to navigate the city, explore local spots, and get around. What really stands out, though, is the consistency. Returning to a place where you know you'll get great hospitality, peace and quiet, and excellent service makes all the difference when traveling. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Almaty. Highly recommended!

    Everything was good. Room is ok just next time i would ask for the lower room/unit. Breakfast is ok & just a bit far from the metro station.
