Great character property with a peaceful feel in the courtyard
The staff on duty were excellent ( Heidi gave us a lot of care and a lovely Cappuccino)

What a wonderful stay we had. Helen and her team could not have been more helpful. The pickup from the train and drop off was perfect, Helen helping us with our luggage. Sitting in the beautiful courtyard was a real pleasure. The rooms give you a complete taste of old china whist enjoying the lovely equipped bathroom, and comfortable authentic bed. Added to this the beautiful city of pingyao. Highly recommended the elsewhere hotel and pingyao. :) xx

What a privilege to stay in such an old property with so much history. The room was a lovely size, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty too. We asked if we could have a train station pickup at the last minute and Alice sorted one for us.
Thank you to all at the hotel, they were all such lovely people.
