    The hotel, the staff were all very nice helpful and efficient. However if you are a person of colour be prepared to be laughed at, pointed at, being looked at with scorn and distaste (from the locals not the staff) if you can put up with that and more then I recommend this hotel. I struggled with the hostility of the locals and although the Ancient City is lovely its spoilt by the locals and their ignorant ways.

    Recomiendo este hotel ubicado dentro del casco histórico de Pingyao y en lo yo diría es su calle principal, cercano a las puertas de entrada y salida del casco. La habitación está muy bien equipada. El desayuno podría ser mejor. Hay oportunidad de mejora allí. La atención del personal es muy buena y se esfuerzan en dar servicio lo que se agradece.

    The Staff was fabulous. They helped me through a couple of problems I had and were very pleasant. The location is perfect.
