staff is friendly and helpful i arrive early 30mins they allow me to check in early as the room is already ready. location still can ascept.. if you have big luggage then u have to be prepare to walk quite a distance other than that everything is ok =)

We travel with a 20 month baby and recommend it since you have plenty of space and it's a quiet neighbourhood.

I regret that I only stayed here for one night. The room is clean and comfortable, and it has a refrigerator, washing machine, kitchen, and other personal items. The staff is friendly and hospitable. I will definitely book a room here again if I return to Kyoto 🧡

Booked 1 night earlier due to disruption to our trip. Overall, this apartment is located not too far from Kyoto station which is great for last night stay. Good night rest in a quiet surrounding, not to mention having a washer in the room exceeded our expectation. Good find!
