Very clean, well located
There is always room for improvement; I didn't find any specific issues, but a hanging rail in the closet would be great.

The drying room is very convenient for getting your clothes dry. It is about a 10 minute walk to access rail, metro or bus stops so location is fairly good.
Noise from upstairs was terrible. They have a small child and due to zero sound insulation from above the stomping around is very disruptive.
