    A central and convenient stay in Mitte with easy access to public transport and friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast as well!

    hotel location is great and easy to connect with MRT. Good breakfast and service staff very nice. No set up of amenities and you need to ask for it. Front desk staff is not much friendly and too casual if compare to IHG standard.

    Despite trying to contact them, via email, telling them weeks in advance that my booking needs amendment as agoda couldn’t amend the booking already, they wouldn’t want to add my friend as an additional guest, EVEN THOUGH, the room i booked was a twin bed room, with heaps of space for two people, and wanted to charge me *** for that two nights I’m staying which is way more than if i were to book for two people through agoda. Again, i couldn’t amend my booking after the booking confirmation from agoda. The staff that worked at the hotel really wanted some cash which is such a shame. I do not recommend this hotel for the basis of, you can tell that they just want to take as much money from you as they legally can.
