Room was clean and very nicely appointed. I missed the instructions for access as my phone wasn’t receiving messages and didn’t realize it was a keypad entry which I needed a code. Luckily the coffee shop attached to the property had a nice fellow who gave us access to the key box and gave us the exterior code. Location was easy to Tram but it was a little noisy because of the busy street but the room supplied ear plugs as we were on the first floor. If the coffee shop wasn’t open, which it is closed on Sunday and Monday we might not have figured out how to get in. Remember to turn your phone data plan on to get the codes as it is more like an apartment rental than a hotel which I didn’t realize before I booked. Ultimately it was a great stay but do be aware that amenities are limited without staff unless the coffee shop is open.

Very lovely room. Spacious. The concierge was quick in response. I liked the area of the hotel. Chic and trendy.
