    Good location for holiday travellers en route through the area or in area on wine business, although not much around it. Decent little pool and sauna. Cleqn, comfortqble and quiet.

    We have booked this hotel as the last stop before returning home after the holidays. We just wanted to relax and enjoy the spa. However, we found the pool area all to be covered by blood spots all over the floor in the pool area as well as not being generally clean. The water was too cold to enjoy the Jacuzzi. Used towels on the floor in the sauna area. And I would like to note that we went to the spa at around 11 am, it looked like all this space still hadn’t been cleaned from the day before. The room was cosy and spacious, bed was super comfortable, however again it was not up to the good standards of cleanliness you would expect in a 4* hotel. Also I would like to mention, that the receptionist who checked us in came across as quite rude and process was awkward. The only thing he mentioned to us was our room number. There was no mention of standard things you get an explanation about when checking in to the hotel like wifi, breakfast, and spa opening times.
