Breakfast was good. Air conditioning in the room was excellent due to the weather. Gave us a room on the ground floor which was convenient with us having our dog. Free water and coffee in the small lounge. A tram outside if you wanted to go into Reims. Restaurants close by. The area around was new. Never used Akena hotels before, but certainly would do again and definitely stay at this one again.

This is NOT a criticism of the member of staff concerned, who was exceptional in every respect. However, on the evening of our stay, this one member of staff had to manage check-in, the bar, and the ordering , preparing and delivery of food. Service was affected and this was unfair on the member of staff.
