The hotel is situated in the middle of the toxn centre steos a,ay from the port, shops abd restaurants.
The reception during the day was very professional, helpful and friendly although the night réceptionist was asleep on the desk and barely acknowledged us when we returned late that night.
Our room was clean although a little shabby on the wall decor which was old and seemed to have suffered from a damp issue. The windows to our room were left open on arrival and the room stunk of fish although once we realised that the smell orginated from outdoors, we closed the windows and alliowed the airconditioner to work it's magic.
Overall, the room was well located for all amenities but due to its shabby decor and ́ight staff, it cannot be rated accurately as a 4*. 3* at the most.

Well. The rooms are very old and not at all like the photos..... the spa, you have to pay extra. 21 euros to use it in a public booking, 31 euros for a private booking. Its not included with the hotel..... the rooftop is phenomenal. Gorgeous views. Wonderful drinks and a fantastic restaurant. And this hotel is all about the location. In the center of everytnjng
