Location is perfect. The staff was lovely. Room was clean, very comfortable, luxe bedding. Shower was hot - big points for that.
There was a crazy loud club band that started just after I went to bed. It seemed to be on the floor below, with noise coming from the alley window below. Sounded fun, but I had to be up at 6, so extremely annoying.

Great location near the marina and lots of restaurants. Convenient for boat rides, and dinner. Great breakfast on the rooftop.
The pool looked nice on the roof, but it was small, the water was cold, and there was very limited seating, and we were next to people smoking.
There is no parking on site, so you had to park at port Tino Rossi, which is about a 10 minute walk away.
The elevator was extremely slow, so we used the stairs almost every time.

I really liked the terrace, the hotel's location, and the possibility of calling a taxi.
I didn't like the fact that the room always had a stuffy, musty smell, the ventilation wasn't good, the air conditioning didn't work properly, the bathroom had no ventilation or window and therefore smelled bad. The staff weren't the friendliest, we were expecting more friendliness (especially the staff at the hotel reception).

A very small badly designed room. Bathroom basin needed fixing and toilet seat came apart, plumber attended.
Staff were very unhelpful when we needed to leave a day early due to ferries not running the next day. As it was booking.com booking they said they could not change or refund the unused night. Unable to refund a days city tax!
