Honestly, I’m really shocked how this hotel is four stars only from a person that tried a lot of photos in Dubai. This should be a five stars hotel. It’s amazing. The staff are amazing. Their room is amazing very clean. Very polite people very welcoming

I arrived at the hotel late and they informed me after booking and paying for my hotel well in advance they had no rooms available. They transferred me to a different hotel in a completely different location. Incredibly poor service
