Overall, my experience with the reception team was good, but I did have an issue with one male receptionist. When my partner checked in on the first day, everything went smoothly. However, when I checked in myself the second time, the experience was quite different. His attitude and communication were not very professional, and I found his service to be rather poor. I did not notice his name, but he was a male receptionist. I am planning to stay at the property again tomorrow, so I am a little concerned about what kind of service I may receive if I have to deal with him again. That said, I would also like to mention that the female receptionist was very polite, friendly, and professional. I had a much better experience with her.

Awesome staff, great location (in and around sports and production city)

I really enjoyed breakfast time because of the staff. I stayed for 5 nights and after the first breakfast the team knew how I liked my eggs and said good morning with a smile. Food was delicious and I liked the 24hr coffee/ tea station - it was a nice touch. The room was also very nice, well equipped and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Location worked really well for me, the city centre opposite the hotel was a plus. I also enjoyed evening walks around the area as there are plenty of walking paths. The gym is small but nice and clean. Overall I had a lovely staycation worth every penny.

Just an observation, during checkin there was no assistance with luggage until I got to the lobby despite pulling 3 suitcases. It would have been nice to be acknowledged at the entrance and assisted.

Breakfast

The room was smelling strange. Dishes wre not done by house keeping. No dish soap, no cloth etc for kitchen... so how are we supposed to use it? No proper tv channels except for news channels
