Disappointing experience with food and poolside staff I am writing this review to share my experience during a recent stay. Unfortunately, a couple of key issues significantly ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. First, dinner at the hotel was very poor. The food quality and overall dining experience were far below expectations. Second, and most concerning, was the behavior of the lifeguard, Maneesh, at the swimming pool. They were extremely rude and disrespectful toward customers. Friendly, professional service is essential—especially around safety personnel—and this behavior was completely unacceptable. I hope hotel management addresses both the quality of their dining and the customer service training for their pool staff, as these issues drastically impacted our stay.
