Situated right on the old town square, adjacent to St Mary's Basilica, so scenic and convenient. Transport links all within walking distance. Exceptional service, nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were so friendly and attentive. Little extras/comforts all included in the room left us feeling like valued and pampered guests. Comfortable bed and ample facilities. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. Cleanliness was superb, really spotless and all fixtures and fittings were well maintained. Would recommend (and have!) and would definitely stay again if return. Thank you!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the Old Town. The rooms are stunning, the reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely incredible. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lovely location, very claustrophobic room - window with a wall outside it and it didn’t open. Staff very unapproachable. Very over priced
