Everything about the hotel was great. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, beach was great and the live entertainment each day at pool bar was fun way to wind down the day. Food was delicious and area around the hotel was lively at night.

We loved our stay at PA. The swim-up bar was wonderful. The bartenders were very sweet and attentive. The staff as a whole was very nice. The only thing we didn't care for was the beach club. It was hard to get a seat on the beach, people were out there at the crack of dawn with their stuff on the beds.
Our room was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The grounds were fabulous! I had a massage at the spa and it was wonderful! We met a lot of wonderful people. We have been to Isla in the past but this was our first A.I trip. 10/10 recommend!

Great hotel, very friendly staff, breakfast buffet was very diverse with very good food. The nearby beach club was the best.
