We stayed four nights so maybe a room cleanup in the middle of our stay would have been good.
Also there is no AC in the room

Very nice apartments in a secure building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood feels safe and has great options for dining and coffee. Maestro Taquero, Cantina La Llorona, and Cielito were some of the places we enjoyed. The front desk is staffed 24 hours/day. They do not have cash, so they are not able to change larger bills for smaller ones; most establishments in the area accept card, but I like having cash for tipping. And they only provide clean towels every 3 days, so plan to save your towels for reusing. Overall, a great option for staying in La Condesa.

The building is in a great location. Walking distance to the restaurants and other attractions. The room was perfect for my one night stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with storing my luggage. Bed was comfortable.
Only issue was room fan was not working, but i advised them and they said it would be replaced.
