The room overall was acceptable in size, but the walls were dirty and poorly maintained. The washroom looked very old, and even the water heater appeared dirty, which gave an unpleasant impression of cleanliness. We chose this hotel mainly for convenience due to its proximity to the airport. However, the stay was uncomfortable because the room was extremely cold and no heater was provided. This is a self check-in hotel, and there is no staff available at the reception most of the time, which makes it difficult to get assistance when needed. The worst experience was the delayed check-in. Our scheduled check-in time was 2:00 PM, but it was repeatedly delayed until 4:00 PM, as shown in the self check-in system. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and waiting time. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and needs improvement in cleanliness, comfort, and check-in management.

No front desk at the hotel, both self check in machine were malfunction. Most of customers tried to check in many times and still not working. It wasted our time as we have to wait for assistance. Luggage storage area seems not safe as no staff here, anyone can take it easily. The room is smelly but u can open the window. The bed n pillows are clean. The location is good which is near the jeju city and airport.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to Jeju International and Downtown Jeju. The self check-in/check out process was easy and I had no issues with it. The lobby was fairly nice and the hallways were clean. Access to the staff and any inquiries I had was easy to navigate through the QR code in the room. There is also a delivery service option available for those traveling alone or need a late night snack in the room. The trash was taken out frequently and the rooms smelled nice. For the most part it wasn’t too bad. However, there were stains on the curtains and fruit flies were seen flying around. The bathroom is the least of the facilities. There is some mold on the sink and stains on the bathroom walls. Deep cleaning was not done and the same sheets were used underneath the blankets. Cleanliness was about 6/10 but the building is old and you can easily hear the person next to you through the bathroom walls. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t stay for more than one night.
