We stayed there 4 days, and we never got our room cleaned, even after speaking with the receptionist at the front desk. They also put us in a room, where the bed had a big dip in it. They couldn’t change our room or the mattress.

The place is pretty close to everything but it needs alot of updates. Carpet were old and had a smell. Room was fine in terms of cleanliness but I has a door that was closed off with a dresser and connected to the next room which we could hear everything they were talking about. It was 12am and my daughter was sleeping and the guy next door was extremely loud. Not the hotel's fault but I would suggest making it a little more sound proof.

Had people running up and down the halls a lot of noise coming through the walls from other rooms where it sounded like people partying. It’s off the strip not close to alot of things at all. Room service didn’t replace anything unless u checked out or you had to go to the front counter to ask and get what was needed for the rooms
