The location, along with the sunshine, palm trees, and white sands a hop, skip, and a jump away are always beneficial and welcoming!
The cockroaches were a little concerning in one of the bottom floor rooms. Bugs are always a minus.

The store by the hotel..they were very rude and yelled at my children who wanted to purchase things..

Friendly staff, and it was safe, the parking lot felt safe, and it was pretty clean.
Run down, no furniture, cigarette burn holes in the sheets (there is no excuse ever for not retiring sheets after they are stained and burned through), no coffee maker or shampoos, no lamps of any type!!
