    1. Checked in and entered the room with a full trash bin left by the previous occupants (unfinished bread etc.). And potato chips and crumps and hair is all over the floor. I don’t think they sweep nor vacuum at all after the previous guests. 3. Made three calls and placed on hold for more than 30 mins before someone attempts to respond. End up I had to catch someone in person to do the cleaning. 4. There is no do not disturb sign in the room. 5. Despite informing them not to service the room during my stay, it was still entered by the stuff. 6. The towels are dirty and old and mouldy and torn from many years of use. The only good thing is the location. And the door man is nice and friendly.
