The location is absolutely fantastic and one of the strongest points of the hotel. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Cleanliness is very good, and the overall service is also very good. Breakfast was a real highlight — excellent food combined with an amazing view made it a memorable experience. The price is a little on the high side, but overall the quality, location and experience make it a very enjoyable stay.

I would like to highly commend and thank your staff member, Ufuk, for his exceptional service, professionalism, and helpful attitude throughout my stay. I am very disappointed with the condition of the hotel room. Unfortunately, the room and facilities are far below the standard I expected. The furniture is extremely old and does not look “vintage” in a charming or well-maintained way. It simply appears worn out and outdated. The carpet is visibly dirty, and there is an unpleasant smell in the room, which makes the overall experience very uncomfortable. The room also requires renovation and better maintenance. Considering the hotel’s rating and the price we paid, I expected a much cleaner, more comfortable, and better-maintained room. I would appreciate it if you could inspect the room and offer an appropriate solution, such as moving us to a renovated and properly maintained room. I hope the hotel takes this complaint seriously and addresses the issue promptly.
