Room was good and staff was nice. Huge property with walking distance parking.

They allow dogs which is great except for when they bark all the time. I worked and when I tried to get some sleep at 7:30am the dog in the room next door barked until 11 when I gave up and headed out to the area. Husband complained and security was called but the dog didn’t stop. They didn’t offer a room change until I went down.
Rooms are in need of updating. Wall paper peeling off the walls. Phones don’t work. 1 lamp didn’t work. Fridge was warm. Trash on the floor from previous guests. Bus terminal is close so that’s a plus. Also uber was easy to grab but due to the long distance to the city it could get expensive.

Everything is good except customer service is terrible. Check in took me about over an hour; check out 20 minutes.
