    Stayed with my dog in tower 2000 for a week. I checked in at 3p but my room wasn’t ready. Received a phone call at precisely 4p telling me I could return to the front desk for my room assignment. When sent to concierge desk for parking pass, was asked if I wanted to participate in timeshare presentation. I simply declined, saying I had read the reviews, and nothing further was said. Given a 16th floor room, which wasn’t the greatest location when traveling with a dog, but we made do. Oddly the dog potty area for tower 2000 is between the parking deck and the building and is actually a mulched flower bed. I didn’t feel right allowing my dog to pee on the plants, but he happily did and there was really no other option. You had to tap your key card to get anywhere, use the elevator, etc. so I felt very safe. Plus, there were always security guards around. Everyone, guests and staff, were super nice, and very dog tolerant. The parking garage you must use for tower 2000 is not optimal. There were plenty of spaces, but the 2nd floor or higher was basically all that was ever open and the only way to get into tower 2000 is from the ground level, causing major inconvenience. Also, when I went to load my car Saturday morning prior to check out, starting at 7:30a, all of the spots on the ground level designated with signs as Loading Spots for 15 min use were full, which made it extremely difficult to get all my stuff to the second floor while trying to manage my dog on my own. These spots were all still full at 9a when I was finally ready to go. These guests should have been contacted to move their vehicles to avoid these issues. The only other thing I didn’t particularly care for was that the balcony, although having a fabulous full side view, was not completely private. The side was rail and not solid, so you could see your neighbors and those above and below. I noted that this was only on the southside of tower 2000. It appeared that the balconies everywhere else were completely private. Fortunately, I never saw any other guests when I was on the balcony so didn’t put a damper on my visit. Besides these minor issues, I definitely enjoyed my stay and have plans to return this fall.

    Plenty of stuff to do around within a walk. 2 pools, splash pad, lazy river, and a hot tub. Some food and stores nearby. Right across the street from a amusement park.

    Very nice and clean just wish we could smoke on the balcony but all and all very nice place.

    Using the term "Resort" is a stretch at best. Room was nice. Staff very friendly. Just not enough here to keep you here and not close enough to the Boardwalk to walk there. No shuttle service either. No restaurant other than a sports bar and get this....no breakfast available on the premises.
