LIKED: The appearance of the hotel is very nice from the outside and in the lobby. The rooms are a little plain, but they serve their purpose just fine. They are clean and my room was very quiet. My room did not have a thermostat, but luckily, the nights were cool. It did have a tower far, safe, hairdryer and TV. The staff was also very nice. It is also one block away from a restaurant called La casa de Toño where the food is very good and not that expensive. It is also within a 5 minute walk from a shopping area called Plaza 222. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because the price is certainly right and when traveling I only need a place to sleep and shower.
DID NOT LIKE: The amenities such as the body cream, body wash and shampoo were not great. They did not have a nice scent and the shampoo did not lather hardly at all. There was a little bit of bad smell coming into the bathroom from the drain on the floor next to the toilet, but I covered it up with a towel and problem solved! I went in July and I did not really need the air conditioning, the fan was just fine.

The hotel is breathtaking, so very beautiful and the gardens are simply gorgeous, one note, the power outlets in my room were very old, and the plugs wouldn't stay in place, some of them were also pretty loose.

Hotel's in a great location. Room was decent, but the carpet was very filthy. AC stops after midnight, raising the temperature a lot. Few light sources in the room.
WiFi is super spotty; travelers shouldn't be relying on it.
Breakfast doesn't have any vegetarian options. However, the staff are very kind and made us toasts and plates of fruits.
