I had a wonderful stay at Experimental Marais. The entire team was truly exceptional—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. From the manager and front-desk staff to the night-shift team and everyone at the bar, every person I encountered was genuinely friendly and attentive. A small incident occurred during my stay, and the team went above and beyond to help me resolve it. Their care, professionalism, and willingness to assist meant a great deal to me, and I truly appreciated how they handled the situation. The room was beautifully curated, with stylish décor, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful attention to detail. The ambiance throughout the hotel is elegant yet relaxed, making it feel both special and comfortable. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is its amazing team. Their hospitality made my stay memorable, and I would happily return. Highly recommended!
