We booked a Junior Suite, but were given a room facing the inner building structure with basically no view at all. The room also had issues. The shower temperature could NOT be adjusted at all. We had to request another room and were moved to a Superior Room.
The next day, another staff member told us that Junior Suite CAN have city views, and a Junior Suite with a big window and city view was actually available on the night we checked in. She even said the first staff should have arranged that room for us.
This made us feel scammed by the first staff, especially since we specifically asked if any city-view room was available and WERE TOLD NO. Both rooms were also extremely cold, with constant cold air coming from the ventilation that could only be reduced, not turned off.
🔺🔺🔺SUMMARY: The location is convenient, but there are many other hotels nearby at similar or lower prices. Please compare carefully before booking, especially during autumn or winter. You definitely would not want to risk yourself by paying for a room with view and end up with no view (just because of the dishonest staff) , while also feeling COLD the whole time you are in the room.
