Excelent location with great friendly staff. Very clean and spacious bedroom (except for the tiny shower). The breakfast food was very tasty. Will definitely come back.

I booked a room for 2 people one of which has a sleeping disorder. I booked for 1 king size bed or 2 twins. My friend needs space when sleeping as she has a CPAC device. Anyway, she arrived first and saw the small room with 1 small bed and the smell and co diction of the room. She was quite upset. The hotel could not move us to a bigger space with a bigger bed or 2 twins. My friend stayed somewhere else leaving my time in Prague very stressful and unpleasant. I had no where else to go as I arrived later that evening and my friend booked a single bed room. I requested compensation as the hotel did not give me the room I requested. They gave her portion but no compensation for me and all the stress of staying in an unpleasant smelly room. I even burnt my left arm taking a shower when I leaned on the shower’s pipe that supplies hot water. The pipe was not warm but HOT. I did not bother telling the hotel. It is hard to get a proactive response from them. Location is good but everything else was mediocre. It was a shame .
