Had a really lovely stay at Victoria Hoi An. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout the trip, the room was beautiful, and having both the beach and pool so close made it easy to fully relax. A peaceful and charming place to spend a vacation.

The hotel value for the price was just average compared to some other places. Pros: Decent location and generally quiet. The pool was not too packed and the view was alright except for the sea wall. Two beaches and on is a private beach. You can dine near the pool completely outside. Staff are super friendly. They have more shuttle times to the old city than some other hotels. The bar is nice and they do have ginger ale. Cons: The bathroom was too dark. Bathtub only, so if you want to shower, water gets all over the place. The tub is clogged so you have to stand in water if you shower. Couch in room was not terribly comfortable. at dinner, they had a singing duo, which sounded more like Karaoke and ,IMO, kills the vibe. Should be piano or soft guitar playing in the background, not live loud pop singing. Staff are friendly, but sometimes hard to find. Cant really lounge on the bed because the headboard is odd-shaped.
