Not a clean room, there was not hot water, and need to call to open gates. Feels like curefew.
It was private.
1) Cleanliness not as expected. Bed had hairs all over. 2) No hot water. We waited 30 minutes with water running and never got hot water. 3) Call reception, no one answered. 4) You have to call the property after hours everytime for them to open the general gete to get in.

Pleasant
Friendly staff although absolutely no English was spoken and when they were asked to solve issues there were no solutions. Also we booked with our dog the first person at check did not know or understand their pet policy, even though they had a large plastic “dog plant” out in front of the check in area.
I was trying to work and the work and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I was kicked out of crucial and critical meetings and there was no solution by staff except to sit somewhere outside next to a turtle? Friendly staff, definitely not problem solvers. Room service was very very basic, and not very good. The weakest coffee my wife and I have ever had.

A possible option when everything is overbooked
The parking and seize of the rooms, the bathroom clean and in good conditions.
The mattress were so old, zero comfortable, cleanliness could be improve a lot, there were hair on my bed sheets, and there was a peculiar smell that was not so nice.
