    Very clean facilities, friendly staff, plenty of choices in the buffet breakfast, and the shuttle to the airport is very handy. Highly recommend!

    Room is spacious, had everything we needed. There is also a free shuttle to and from the airport that runs every half hour. It’s a 10-15 minute ride. Staff were very nice too!

    We stayed here for two nights mainly because it's close to Arena Grand Paris, where we attended a concert. The location is excellent, the free airport shuttle is very convenient, and the breakfast was the highlight of our stay with a great selection. It's easy to see why many airline crew members choose this hotel. Unfortunately, there were a few disappointing issues. Although our stay had been fully prepaid (except for the city taxes), we were asked to pay a €316.26 deposit at check-in. What made it feel unusual was that other guests checking in at the same time were not asked for one, making the process seem selective. We've traveled extensively across Europe and Asia and have stayed in luxury hotels, yet we've never been asked to pay such a deposit for a prepaid stay. The room's air conditioning was also very weak, making it difficult to sleep even after it was checked by maintenance. At check-out, I had to ask about the deposit refund, and the receipt didn't match the amount charged to my card. Since we had a flight to catch, I couldn't stay to resolve it and will follow up if needed. Overall, the location, breakfast, and shuttle are excellent, but the deposit process and air conditioning need improvement.
