    The rooms were very clean, reliable hot water, strong wifi connection. Best to go with accompany felt that the neighbourhood is not very safe for female solo traveller.

    Good value for money. Staff were all friendly and very very helpful. Great service from them! Will open door and help with luggages. Hotel room itself is clean. Has a bathtub. But no shower curtain so it does flood the bathroom sometimes. People with mobility issues/pregnant women/kids need to be extra extra careful. Has windows but no outdoor view for the room type i stayed at, it was a view of indoor space of the building, across from the other rooms if this makes sense. It wasn’t a big deal tho. Aircond is great. Complete amenities, complementary drinking water. Fridge worked well too. Location-wise, a bit dark at night but not too quiet. The area is like “little india”. Not so convenient as still need to take Grab to go to malls/market etc. 7e around the corner and another just a short walk across the street. Need to take note for Grab, they need to collect a ticket from the entrance of the hotel area and the hotel staff needs to stamp it to waive the fee. We had to pay 40THB once because the Grab driver didnt know the process. The hotel staff is always available and will be attentive to Grab drivers so they will stamp it when they see Grab drivers come.

    Good place , walkable to platinum mall etc, buggy svc was provided to get to main street . 7-11 nearby hotel.

    The room I got seems to be old room as there’s certain smell (like humid smell, like a room that hasn’t been used for a while). They have buggy that can take you closer to the main street and from there you can walk about 10min to Platinum Mall/Pratunam Market. Please note, the bathroom is with bathtub so if you have mobility issue or traveling with young children, may need to reconsider.
