I liked the location as it was walking distance to most of the shopping malls. Also the staff was helpful and room service was on point. The bed was comfortable and view was not bad too.
Would be better if the cleanliness improved a little more. Bath tub was not cleaned well and we did not use it. Also the the room walls are not in good shape. Had a dirt marks on our bed sheets but got it changed with one call.

Room was spacious. Huge window overlooking the bangkok city, magnificent view. Friendly staffs. Room were cleaned every single day. Huge advantage of location in the Bangkok downtown, very close to pratunam markets, and still a walking distance from Centralworld mall and big C. And various options of public transportation. Wifi speed is good. Despite being in downtown and near the main road, it is distanced well enough (with main traffic) so we have no road noise in the room or even in the lobby.
Tried the order grab car once, no driver within the area was responding, but this i think due to the high traffic of the main road nearby. Not a big problem, 5 mins walk to the main road got me to all kinds of transportation options.
