    I was charged THREE TIMES for my stay, costing me thousands of dollars. I called them multiple times and eventually got one payment cancelled, but the other payment is still standing despite being promised a cancellation of both duplicate charges. Now after weeks, they aren't even answering my calls. Also the rooms are insanely overpriced. DO NOT STAY HERE! EDIT: When my call finally connected, they pointed me to an email address which did not exist. The reception is either clueless and lazy or this is a downright scam. SImply ridiculous.

    This is my 3rd visit to this particular holiday Inn due to its fantastic location . 2-3 blocks away from sub way stn. Walking distance Close to times sq - plenty of good eating places. Discovered A nordstorm rack 4 blocks away for shopping on my first visit. The rooms are a bit cramped but well equipped. Staff has always been very welcoming and cooperative. They hv recently added happy hours in the restaurant downstairs , a popcorn cart at reception nice touches Great stay ,even though this time only 1 night

    Near and walkable distance from Times Square. Near to metro station. Rooms small but neat and clean. Reception person given us early check in. Only con is they did not refunded our deposit money although they said it will be deposited in your account from where you paid. This is really not good.
