    Hotel is great in terms of proximity to the Festival City Mall and almost everything can be found at the mall. This is convenient for travellers like us with 2 elderly. Check In is fast. Room is big. Does not have a separate stand shower, might be due to the room chosen,. Tub could not be convenient for elderly. Housekeeping is not timely for the first 2 days of stay. We went back to the rooms at 3pm with still uncleaned rooms. Had to call the concierge and the Housekeeping Manager came to receive our feedback. Room was clean up better for the next 2 days. Pillows are too soft. Even with a pillow menu, we changed our pillows, it was still too soft. During our 5 days at the hotel, concierge only assisted us upon checking in and checking out. The heavy entrance doors were unmanned and the concierge in most times were talking instead of assisting to help my elderly parents to enter the entrance. My highest compliments goes to the staff at the breakfast restaurant, Zaytoun. Great service for Emelyn whom remembers our drink orders for all 5 days that we do not need to inform her in every day basis. Yoona is also fast in clearing the empty plates on our table. Food is good. All the staffs at the restaurant is worth complimenting for. Overall, its good for convenience but concierge service requires improvement. Suhaila

    للأسف تجربة سيئة جداً، ومستحيل أرجع لهذا الفندق مرة ثانية حتى لو كان السعر نص اللي دفعته. جيت في سبتمبر ودفعت سعر Premium، وفوق هذا دفعت زيادة عشان أعمل Upgrade لأفضل غرفة عندهم، لكن من أول يوم إلى يوم الـ Check-out والمشاكل ما وقفت: المكيف ما يبرد ويطلع هوا فقط، الشاور ما فيه إلا ماي حار، باب الحمام مكسور، المغسلة والـ drain مسدودين ومليانين شعر، ومستوى النظافة بشكل عام سيئ جداً. طلبت تنظيف الغرفة أكثر من مرة، ومع ذلك مرت يومين بدون ما ينظفونها. وحتى لما طلبت تغيير البطانية، رد موظف الاستقبال كان: “بنرسل لك وحدة وغيرّها بنفسك”! بصراحة رد غير مقبول أبداً، خصوصاً بالمبلغ اللي دفعته. أما الاستقبال، باستثناء الموظفة “***” اللي كانت محترمة ومتعاونة، للأسف تعامل باقي الموظفين كان سيئ وفيه attitude، وكثير من المرات ما يردون على التلفون، فكنت أضطر أنزل للاستقبال بنفسي كل مرة تصير مشكلة. والفطور؟ من أسوأ الفطور اللي شفته في فندق. بحكم شغلي سكنت في فنادق كثيرة جداً في لندن وحول العالم، وبصراحة بهذا السعر كان ممكن أسكن في فندق 5 نجوم في وسط لندن وأحصل مستوى وخدمة أفضل بكثير. حجزت هذا الفندق فقط لأنه كان قرار آخر لحظة، لكن كانت تجربة سيئة من البداية للنهاية. إذا ناوي تدفع مبلغ كبير على إقامتك في لندن، نصيحتي لا تضيع فلوسك هنا. بهذا السعر فيه خيارات أفضل بكثير.
